February Challenge: Halfway Point

I've done it! Made it halfway through my self-love challenge. If you're new here, every month I challenge myself to something. I've done new recipe challenges, yoga challenges and more. This month, in honor of Valentine's Day, I decided to do a self-love challenge. Every day I start my mornings by writing at least 5 self-love statements, or positive affirmations.

How is the challenge going? Great! I must admit, I missed Super Bowl Sunday, but I was a little preoccupied and I made sure to make up for it other days by writing out extra self-love statements.

What have I noticed? A while ago I started a habit of writing positive affirmations in the morning but I would miss days here and there, consistently being intentional about my self-love statements has helped me to feel more confident in my day-to-day life, and who doesn't want to feel more confident?!

I am excited to see how these next couple of weeks play out and how it affects my overall mood!
