10 Minute Abs
I have a love-hate relationship with ab workouts...
They're a great way to build core strength and help improve balance, but they're not always the most fun thing to do... That said, I still like to get my ab workouts in 2-3 times per week and I like to mix them up. Over the next 6-8 weeks I'll be posting different ab workouts and am starting the series with a 10-minute ab workout!
The Workout:
12 Plank to High Planks
15 Weighted Side Plank Dips (Each Side)
50 Mountain Climbers
40 Scissor Kicks
Repeat 3X
