August New Recipes: Chili Buffalo Wings

New recipes are coming this month and I could not be more excited to share these with you! I'm starting off with a brand-new wing recipe because NFL Preseason is BACK.

We LOVED these wings. The only downside was finishing them off and not having any more... Truthfully, we liked the sauce so much that Ian ended up making dumplings with the same sauce later on in the day. And these are incredibly easy. You will likely spend less time making them than you'd spend ordering from Buffalo Wild Wings, driving to and from the restaurant and picking up your takeout. Plus, these are healthier.

What You'll Need:

Air Fryer

12-16 oz. Frozen Wings

2 Tbsp. Olive Oil

2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce

3 Tbsp. Sriracha

3 Tbsp. Sambal Oelek

1 Lime

Red Pepper Flakes

Garlic Salt

Directions:

  1. Start the wings in your air fryer. We set ours to Air Crisp at 390 degrees. Keep the wings in for 5-6 minutes, then turn them. Close the lid and let them air fry for another 15-16 minutes (20-22 minutes total). Turn them every 5-7 minutes.

  2. While the wings are in the air fryer, prepare the sauce by mixing the Olive Oil, Soy Sauce, Srircha, Sambal Oelek, Lime juice from 1 lime, red pepper flakes and garlic salt in a bowl.

  3. Once the wings are done, remove them from the air fryer and place them in a bowl.

  4. Pour the sauce over the bowl and mix together until the wings are coated. Cover the bowl with foil and let sit for 3-6 minutes.

  5. Serve with your choice of dipping sauce and sides and enjoy!
