I've done ab workout series' and travel workout series' so now I give you the Banded Workout Series! This is a series of workouts 100% dedicated to resistance bands and loops. Don't have any? They're fairly affordable on Amazon.

These are great if you're traveling and want to pack light. When I travel, it's usually hit or miss whether I'll have access to a gym and free weights, so I usually bring my resistance loops and do some of these workouts instead. They can also be used if you want to change up your routine and do something a little different.
Banded Arm Workout
Repeat 3X
12 x Push Up to Knee Pull-In
20 x Banded Tricep Pull Downs (Each Side)
15 x Banded Bicep Curls (Each Side)
15 x Boat Pose Lat Pull Downs
20 x Banded Side to Side Bear Crawls
12 x Renegade Rows with Twist (Each Side)
