What is Lymphatic Drainage and why should you care?
Lymphatic drainage and properly draining your lymphatic system relieves swelling and helps to prevent illness. Most commonly, you'll hear the term, "lymphatic drainage massage". This practice refers to any type of massage that helps to drain your lymphatic system. It's also what I'll be focusing on in this post.
There are other ways to train your lymphatic system, but some of the alternatives can be more costly and take more time. Examples of alternatives are using a vibrating plate (sold on Amazon) or lymph drainage tonics.
