Get ready for a month of NEW recipes!
In February, I like to celebrate self-love and practice anything and everything that celebrates loving oneself. This February I'll be trying out 4 NEW recipes to love your body with!
What does that mean? These recipes will be all about celebrating food as fuel for the body so that you can show it all kinds of love. That could mean a recipe with nutrient-packed ingredients, something comforting or even something macro-nutrient balanced. Whatever it is, I'm sure it'll be great and I cannot wait to get started sharing some of my new favorites with you!
