Heart-Centered HIIT Workout

Dropping a NEW workout today! It's 100% dedicated to Heart-Month... This heart-centered cardio HIIT will have your heart beat up and help improve cardiovascular endurance.


Like my other HIIT workouts, you'll do each exercise for 30-40 seconds, then hold for the remaining seconds of the minute. Each workout = 1 minute. Repeat 2-3 times for a total of 20-30 minutes.
