I wrote a book!
I'd like to start with an apology... I have been a little MIA on the blog and that is because I was finishing up my book and then busy being a Mama.
About 5 years ago, I set out to write a book about my anxiety experiences and the tools I've learned to help me manage my stress and anxiety. Think of it as a more organized and extensive version of this blog... After a few rounds of outlines, writing, re-writing and edits, I've self-published!
