The Cold Self-Facial has become a staple of my daily facial routine. Not only does it feel great, but it truly does improve your overall health and wellness. The benefits extend beyond the positive effects to your physical appearance.

How Does a "Cold Self-Facial" Work?

There are a few ways to practice a cold self-facial. My favorite being with a cold roller, but you can also dunk your face in ice water for 5-10 seconds at a time. Cold rollers are great because the benefits extend to lymphatic drainage and they're easy to use anywhere. Some rollers (like jade rollers) will naturally stay cool and others you can keep in the fridge for an extra punch.
