The Self-Love Month Challenge

It's about to be February, the Self-Love Month, as I like to call it... It's a great time to reflect on what you love and engage in self-love activities. Some of my favorites include: bubble baths, nature walks, meditation and unplugged family time.


What are some things you like to do to show yourself some love? Come up with a few ideas and participate in the self-love month challenge by:


  1. Setting a weekly date with yourself. This can be as long as you want, but I do recommend at least 30 minutes per week of dedicated time. If you can manage more than once a week, do it!

  2. List out at least 4 of your favorite self-love activites. You'll want to focus on things that bring you joy and make you feel good about yourself. Stay in alignment with self-love.

  3. Do at least one activity for each of your dates. You'll want to switch it up and get in a variety of activities. This can subconsciously remind you that you are WORTH IT.


Activity Ideas:

  • Yoga

  • Guided Meditation

  • Epsom Salt Bath

  • Nature Walk

  • Painting

  • Reading a FUN Book

  • Journaling

  • A Visit to the Zoo

  • Cooking Your Favorite Meal
