Every Monday through mid-October, I'll be posting an all new, fresh workout. Usually the New Year and Spring brings forth this motivation to start something new, but I say, we should strive to start new things year round. Make creating new habits a habit in it of itself.
Today we are doing an Arm workout.

Weighted Star Jumping Jacks x15
Single Weight Bicep Curls x15
Overhead Extensions x12
Diamond Push Ups x10
Bicep Curl to Shoulder Press x10
Skull Crushers x12
Upright Rows x15
Shoulder Burnout: Straight Arm Circles In x10, Straight Arm Circles Out x10, Single Weight Forward Shoulder Raises x10
