Every Monday through mid-October, I'll be posting an all new, fresh workout. Usually the New Year and Spring brings forth this motivation to start something new, but I say, we should strive to start new things year round. Make creating new habits a habit in it of itself.
Today we are starting with a HIIT workout.
Falling Into Fitness: HIIT
Repeat 3-4x
Do each exercise for 30 seconds. Rest for 30 seconds.
High Knees
Mountain Climbers
Jumping Jacks
Burpees
Side Skaters
Inch Worms
Bear Crawls
Lunge to High Knee Jumps
Alternating Standing Knee-Up Crunches
Jump Squats
