Self-Love Affirmations

Happy Valentine's Day!


For many, Valentine's Day is about showing, giving and recieving love. But we may be falling short on showing ourselves some love. I'd like to invite you to show yourself some love today with self-love affirmations.


Affirmations are positive statements. They can be used to boost your mood, provide comfort, give encouragement and more. Positive affirmations are a great way to ground yourself in the present moment and help center your emotions by re-directing your thoughts.


How to do Affirmations:

It's simple. You can either say them or write them. Find whatever feels most empowering for you and do that. It could look like saying them in the mirror or writing them in your journal every night.


Start with 3-5 self-love affirmations and repeat them. The more often you do this, the more of an impact it will have.


Examples of Self-Love Affirmations:

  • I am smart.

  • I am beautiful.

  • I can do anything I set my mind to.

  • I am stronger than I know.

  • I deserve to be happy.
