November Challenge: Meditation

It's about that time again... I am announcing my November challenge! Though my French challenge was fun and I love learning French, it created more stress for me than I would like in these challenges. These challenges are meant to focus on wellness and I feel as though I may have gotten away from that. So, my November challenge is all about stress management.

For the month of November I am challenging myself to a minimum of 10 minutes meditation per day! I'm actually really excited for this one because in my experience, meditating for 10-15 minutes always calms me down significantly and helps me to clear my mind. Usually I only meditate when I am feeling particularly stressed so it will be fun to see how meditating daily helps my overall stress levels.

As of now I am planning on doing a check in in the middle and at the end of the month, however if I notice significant changes in my overall stress, I'll make sure to post more updates.
