December Challenge: Stretch

December is probably the craziest month of the year so I want to bring back one of the challenges that has really helped me in the past. I still stretch almost everyday, but usually for about 5-10 minutes. My stretch challenge calls for 15 minutes of stretching per day!

I'm more than excited to do this challenge again because I know it helps me relax and perform better during my workouts. My hope is that this will work to keep me healthy and wellness-focused during this crazy time of year that is the holiday season.
