Stretch Challenge: Halfway Point
Let me just say... I am LOVING this challenge and I've been able to keep it up 100% thus far! At the start of the month I was totally committed, especially after last month's challenge didn't go as I'd hoped. That commitment has proved consistent throughout the first half of the month. I actually haven't noticed too much in terms of increased flexibility, but I do feel better overall when I'm not working out and that's a huge plus!
Moving forward I will try to incorporate new stretches into my daily stretch to hopefully improve my flexibility. It seems my body has gotten used to my current stretch routine and I could afford to mix it up a little.
This is a rather short check-in because I don't really have much to report other than I am doing it and I am committed to continue stretching at least 15 minutes per day.
