January Challenge: New Recipe Challenge

I'm bringing back one of Ian's favorite challenges because I love him and why not? The new recipe challenge is this... I pick one new recipe to learn each week of the month. I will review them and post the recipe on my blog by the following Monday of each week.

We got an air fryer for Christmas this year so I am actually really looking forward to this challenge and learning how to use my new kitchen toy! I'm looking for any and all suggestions so if you have a meal you love, please send it my way!
