March Challenge: The Plank Challenge

I will probably regret this one...

Another month about to start means a new challenge! This month I wanted to really mix it up and do something I've never done, the plank challenge. What does that mean? I will be doing a one minute plank every day. You read that correctly.

Why? I am not making the kind of progress I want on my 2020 New Year's Goal to average a 2 minute plank, so I am going to help myself along a little with this challenge.

The Goal: My hope is that by the end of the month, a one minute plank will feel like no big deal, so when I incorporate planks into my workouts in April, I can start to build to 1 minute and 15 seconds...

Wish me luck! This should be fun.
