Ab Workouts: Slider Edition
I said I'd be posting them so here's another Ab Workout!
Because I felt like it, I'm doing an Ab Workout series this summer and posting various workouts that I love and that are killer on your abs. This one is dedicated to sliders! If you don't have sliders you can use plastic or paper plates.
Slider Ab Workout - Repeat 3X
Twisting Mountain Climbers 3 x 20
Plank Jacks 3 x 10
Side Plank Single Leg Crunches 3 x 12 (Each Side)
Arm Slide Outs 3 x 6
Alternating Modification: Bridge In and Outs 3 x 20
Full Out (Harder): Bridge In and Outs 3 x 12
*Choose ONE of the last two versions; either the modified Bridge In and Outs or the Full Out.*
