August Challenge: Fitness Classes

I want my August challenge to be something different, something I haven't challenged myself to in a while. The thing that came to mind was my fitness class challenge from 2016. Every week I challenged myself to attend a new fitness class. Obviously that is not something I can do this year with COVID closing down our local gyms, so instead I will try a new Beachbody Fitness program each week.

No, I am not a Beachbody coach but I do have access to their expansive online workout library, so I will be trying out some of the programs I've never tried. After each program trial I will write a short review on what I did and didn't like and whether it's something I could see myself continuing through the full program.
