Ab Workouts: Standing Edition
I said I'd be posting them so here's another Ab Workout!
Because I felt like it, I'm doing an Ab Workout series this summer and posting various workouts that I love and that are killer on your abs. This one is 100% standing! It does require minimal equipment, but you can modify without light-weight dumbbells if you so choose.
Standing Abs - Repeat 3X
20 Standing Side Crunches (Each Side)
15 Single Leg Pull-Ins (Each Side)
20 Side to Side Knee Lift Crunches
30 Standing Frog Crunches
15 Turned Out Knee to Elbow Lifts (Each Side)
