Breathing exercises are a great way to help center yourself. They can relieve anxiety from anywhere and usaully don't require any tools.
One of my favorite breathing techniques is the 5 Senses Exercises. All you need is yourself. This is a great techniuqe to do before an exam or interview, on a flight, at home, really any time anxiety comes up in your life.
How to do the 5 Senses Exercise:
Sit and clear your mind.
Find something within 3 feet that you can feel, see, hear, smell and taste.
Find something within 5 feet that you can feel, see, hear, smell and taste.
Find something within 10 feet that you can feel, see, hear, smell and taste.
Repeat 2-4 until calm.

Photonics Reimagined: Market Insights on Non-Linear Optical Polymers for Advanced Optoelectronics
The Non-linear Optical Polymer Market is an emerging and highly specialized field within photonics and advanced materials. NLO polymers are organic materials that exhibit strong non-linear optical effects, meaning their optical properties change in response to the intensity of incident light. This unique characteristic makes them promising candidates for various high-tech applications, including high-speed optical communication, optical data storage, and advanced imaging technologies.
The potential of NLO polymers lies in their inherent advantages over traditional inorganic NLO materials, such as faster response times, lower processing temperatures, and the possibility of tailoring their optical properties through molecular design. The increasing demand for faster and more efficient data transmission in…
