What is a Gratitude List?

A gratitude list is simply a list of things you are grateful for in your life. It can be as short and sweet or as long and detailed as you want, the important thing is that you keep up with it daily (or at least almost every day).


You can write it in a journal, on a whiteboard, on post-its or even in the notes app on your phone. It doesn't matter where, the important thing is that you write it down and are intentional about listing out things you are grateful for...


Some Examples:

  • I am grateful for my cats and the way they cuddle up together.

  • I am grateful for my family and that I can always lean on them.

  • I am grateful for lavender scented bubble baths.
