Read Challenge: Halfway Point

This June I've brought back my read challenge and the book I've chosen is "Chris Beat Cancer" by Chris Wark. It depicts his experience with colon cancer and what he did to heal his cancer. Chris took on a holistic nutrition approach to heal his cancer after learning about how the chemo industry and traditional Western methods for "healing" cancer can actually cause harm and the benefits don't always outweigh the cost. He took a risk and his risk paid off.

Personally I am really enjoying the information I'm getting out of the book, though it can be rather dry at times, it's very informative and has motivated me to get a juicer. I'm over halfway done with the book at this point and have no doubt I'll finish it by the end of the month.
